We are proudly Australia’s first, and only company dedicated solely to producing ‘School Memory' Cushions and Graduation pillows capturing the happy times at school.
What do we do?
The School Cushion Company has a simple name and a simple purpose – to upcycle your child’s treasured uniforms into beautiful bespoke hand crafted, environmentally friendly patchwork cushions, capturing and recording your child’s school journey. We specialize in school graduation and Alumini cushions. We also produce volume for sports and university clubs. We will also offer personal memento cushions for those looking for the perfect gift, Father's day etc.
How we do it?
We upcycle those school blazers, sports jerseys, socks, shorts,house badges etc, destined for landfill, the cupboard or to locked away in a suitcase for years and produce a lasting memento. You can be sure that when you buy from us you own something that will be loved for years to come.
How did we come about?
Realising the power of fabric to capture and evoke memories and in particular of those of those fun filled, care free school days, I was inspired to create a company that ‘captured those memories’ in a lasting memento. With over 30 years in the textile industry, I utilise a team of only the finest local seamstresses to ensure you receive only the highest quality memento keepsake.
