 At the appointment: We review design options and your specific requirements - we can make your cushions as individual or bespoke as you require for your school. There is no specific formula used. We believe the outcome of each design and job should be as unique and different as the people they are made for. The cushions can be personalised with the child's names, school dates etc.  

We discuss volume and your requested delivery date, to ensure both are achievable

Pricing is volume based - the larger the order, the greater the discount and ultimately the smaller the price for each individual cushion. The price and potential savings can be discussed to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

 Following the meeting, within 7 days a sample will be produced to the agreed design and specifications  

 Upon approval of the sample, we go into bulk production and will produce the order as per agreed specifications and delivery date 

Delivery will be made to agreed address , and we sincerely hope as a school you are happy with the seamless process and constant communication, and just as importantly, the children are delighted with their cherished keepsakes !
